Disk2disk is a file backup application which will back up to hard drives, network drives, and removable media. Simple to use with an explorer style interface, disk2disk also features two levels of optional compression, optional encryption, the ability to span removable media, and backup/restore of the Windows registry. Optional verification and logging can be switched on for the backup activity. A powerful scheduler is included which will allow your backups to be automated. With the popular use of CDR/CDRW burners, disk2disk can also back up to inexpensive CDR/CDRW media if the appropriate packet drivers have already been installed. It has been specially performance optimized for this type of use, and will span multiple disks too! Note: disk2disk does not back up to tape.
