WinRescue Millennium Four Utilities in One: Crash Fixer, RegPack, File Backup, and Troubleshooter. Don't spend hours reinstalling Windows ME, restore in minutes with WinRescue ME. Fix and rebuild the Registry with the RegPack feature. Backup files, directories, and types of files. Features listed below. A Backup Wizard and Restore Wizard take the inexperienced user step-by-step through these processes. The Crash Fixer saves you the hassle of spending hours reinstalling Windows by restoring it and all of its settings in minutes. It allows backup and restoring of the Registry, eleven different files, the Start Menu, the Desktop, Favorites, Send To, Net Hood, Application Data, and Recent items. It supports Muliple Users. An Emergency Boot Disk can be made which restores CMOS, restores the BootSector, scans the hard drives, and runs the DOS version of WinRescue. WinRescue Backups can be placed anywhere on the harddrive, on diskette, or on zip drive. A DOS version of WinRescue ME is available if Windows won't start.. Backup daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly or use Windows' Task Scheduler. Backups can be protected by a password. RegPack streamlines and fixes the Registry. Without the RegPack process, the registry will never get smaller. It works with Multiple Users and detects and avoids errors. Undo RegPack with the click of a button. File Backup allows any or all files to be backed up. Use wildcards to specify files to include or exclude from the Backup. Extractor extracts individual files from a backup. Full, Incremental (back up files that have changed since Full or Incremental Backup), Differential (back up files that have changed since Full Backup), or Replace Backup. WinRescue ME works only with WinME. Use WinRescue 95 for Win95. Use WinRescue 98 for Win98. Use WinRescue NT for WinNT4. Use WinRescue 2000 for Win2000. Use WinRescue XP for WinXP.
