Sleepy is software that keeps people from using the computer too much -- it shuts down the computer at a specific time each day. You can specify when and which days of the week to shut down (or restart), whether or not Sleepy can be canceled, and other options. Sleepy doesn't show any distracting windows or icons while it's running, and is difficult to deactivate. New version 5.0 includes revamped user interface, multiple events to mix shutdown/restart on different days and times, and full support for Windows XP.
