It takes charge over predetermined tasks, triggering them whenever they are scheduled to occur. When it is loaded, the icon appears, and ACTION is in business. ACTION can copy, rename, delete and move files and directories, monitor stalled applications and shut them off, download files from the WEB. It can backup whole drives, start applications with command line parameters or documents associated with an application. It can also terminate running applications. ACTION prints files and with the optional TASQ Recorder records and plays back keystrokes and mouse actions. It compresses/extracts files supporting long filenames, date range, exclude and archive bit and multivolume spanning. It can attach/detach network servers, map/unmap network drives, restart Windows. Action sends and receives e-mails with attachments, executes VBScripts, dials phone numbers, sets the date of files.ACTION can execute scheduled events repeatedly and restrain execution when predetermined conditions are not met. No programming is required.
