Software Description:
When building applications in Visual Basic and Office 97 it is sometimes advantageous to show a Tooltip on the fly when Microsoft.s own ControlTip and TooltipText properties will not work. The problem is that you cannot just "display a tooltip" as and when needed. Fusion Tooltips get over the problem. With just one line of code you can display a tooltip next to the mouse pointer which has the same look and feel of Microsoft.s standard.
