VERBUM SAPIENTI (prop. noun) The writing assistant for French. The different functions of Verbum Sapienti are:
- The conjugation of all forms of some 5?00 verbs, including the most irregular, such as "pleuvoir," "neiger," "chaloir";
- Grammatical analysis of a word, indicating its part of speech, gender, number, and its standard form;
- The analysis of the different homographs of a given word (for example, "fait" is a common masculine noun as well as the spelling for two different conjugations of the verb "faire";
- The plural form or forms of a word (such as "maximum");
- The list of a word's homonyms -- words which have a different spelling but the same (or similar) pronunciation, along with their grammatical analysis.
